A part of the team IGNITE Serious Play from Barcelona and Madrid, was lucky enough to be able to put the methodology into practice LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.  The session, which lasted about 4 hours, took place at the IGNITE headquarters in Barcelona.

Through this technique, the entire group was able to express and give their vision on the topics that were addressed. The expression of what we think or feel is easier through constructions with pieces LEGO®.

The workshop was developed as a follow-up of the curricular and extracurricular activities that we manage in educational centers, focusing on the current moment and future vision of the pedagogical project STEAM (English acronym for: Sciences – Technology – Engineering – Art – Mathematics)

This work system facilitates the free expression of each member of the group, and at the same time, helps everyone ask questions in a natural way. The objective is to find solutions to complex problems through the contribution of each person on the team. The important thing is to have the figure of the guide or mentor, who is in charge of asking the necessary questions so that the team evolves towards one or more solutions.
